The Pitch Decks
The lab's own sales decks, built as web experiences rather than slide files: each one lives at its own link, prices itself for the reader's country, and reads properly on a phone.
Visit live siteA pitch deck emailed as a file is a dead artifact: it is out of date the moment it is sent, it cannot be measured, and it looks wrong on the phone most people open it on. These are decks as web experiences. Each lives at its own URL, moves like a site rather than a slideshow, and can be changed in one place and be current everywhere it has ever been shared.

One slide system, two very different pitches. The retainer deck sells a priced monthly engagement; the partnership deck sells a revenue-share deal with no number on it. Both had to run on the same engine without either feeling like a template.
- 02
Pricing that follows the reader. An Indian buyer and an overseas buyer should never see each other's currency, so the cost slides fill from a geo-aware token map at request time rather than being hard-coded per version.
- 03
The phone. A dense pricing slide simply does not fit a 100dvh section on a handset: the headline clipped and the pager floated over the buttons. Detail now moves into a bottom sheet that opens on tap, so the slide keeps its key message and nothing is truncated.
- 04
Keeping the sales copy honest. Deck copy lags page copy every time an offer changes, so the decks are swept against the live offer set whenever positioning moves.
Slides are data, not markup: each flow is a versioned TypeScript file of titles, body, meta blocks, bullets and calls to action, rendered by one component into scroll-snapped full-height sections with keyboard navigation, a progress rail and a presenter mode. Backgrounds are procedural compositions drawn per slide rather than images. Pricing arrives as tokens filled from the viewer's country at request time. On phones, any slide carrying dense blocks renders its key message plus a trigger that opens the rest in a storm-styled bottom sheet.
Live as the studio's own two decks. Sending a pitch is now sending a link, the numbers are right for whoever opens it, and it reads properly on the phone it is most likely to be opened on. It is also the exact product sold on the decks offer page: the demo is the deliverable.
