We collect what you give us, use it only to respond and deliver, and never sell it. The detail is below.

When you submit the brief, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect what you type in: your name, your email, your WhatsApp number, and the details you share about your business.
We do not collect anything you did not knowingly give us.
Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets and in our email. Access is limited to the people at the studio who need it to respond to you.
We use your data for exactly two things: to respond to you, and to deliver the services you asked about.
We never sell it, rent it, or trade it. No cold lists, no third-party marketing, no lookalike audiences built from your brief.
When Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it collects standard aggregate traffic data so we can see which pages get read. We do not use it to build individual profiles, and it is the only analytics tool we run.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and banking details go to Razorpay directly under their own privacy policy; we never see or store them.
Write to hello@puroailabs.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The one exception is records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
