Creative Studio projects
Creative projects are scoped in a written proposal before payment. As stated above, project advances stop being refundable when work begins. Check the agreed deliverables, payment schedule and project conditions before accepting the proposal.
Submitting a brief is free and creates no payment obligation.
The retainer
You can pause or cancel the retainer at any time, in writing. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately.
The retainer is billed monthly in advance, and a month that has already started is not refunded pro rata. You keep our full attention until that month ends, and everything built by then is yours and handed over.
The Discovery Call
The Discovery Call fee of ₹3,000 + GST is strictly non-refundable.
You get one free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less notice, or not showing up, consumes the booking.
The Partnership
Each partnership is governed by its own written agreement, including how money flows and how either side exits. That agreement prevails over this policy.
How refunds are paid
Where a refund is due, it is returned through Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 working days of our written confirmation.
