Cancellations, without the maze.

The short version

Recurring work can always be stopped. Prepaid calls are not refunded. Project advances stop being refundable the moment work begins. The detail, per service, is below.

The retainer

You can pause or cancel the retainer at any time, in writing. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately.

The retainer is billed monthly in advance, and a month that has already started is not refunded pro rata. We finish the work in flight and hand everything over.

Websites and pitch decks

If you cancel before we begin, we return your advance. Once work begins, the advance is non-refundable; it pays for the slot and the work already underway.

The balance is invoiced per the written quote, and ownership of the deliverable transfers to you on full payment.

The Discovery Call

The Discovery Call fee of ₹3,000 + GST is strictly non-refundable.

You get one free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less notice, or not showing up, consumes the booking.

The Partnership

Each partnership is governed by its own written agreement, including how money flows and how either side exits. That agreement prevails over this policy.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it is returned through Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 working days of our written confirmation.
