Puro AI Labs
The site you're on. Built around the way Puro AI Labs visitors actually arrive (warm from IG and YouTube demos with pre-formed intent) and the project that kicked off everything else under the umbrella.
Visit live siteMost AI-agency sites are interchangeable: a list of services, a few logos, a contact form. We wanted Puro AI Labs to do something different: meet visitors with the intent they already arrived with, show the work instead of describing it, and stay editable end-to-end without a developer in the loop for every copy edit. It's also the project that kicked off everything else. Puro AI Labs is the umbrella the rest of the studio's work sits under, and this is the front door.

Most of our traffic is warm: visitors come from IG and YouTube demo videos with a Studio (done-for-you) vs Workshop (learn-to-build) intent already formed. Selling them on AI is the wrong move; helping them self-route is the right one.

AI agencies tend to talk about what they do; we wanted to show it. That meant building visual examples for use cases, not just bullet lists, and using AI itself to generate the visual library so the homepage demonstrates the kind of work the studio actually ships.

The CMS had to be editable from a Google Sheet by a non-developer (prices, ledger rows, case studies, hero copy, all of it) without a redeploy. Edits had to go live in under a minute or it would stop being trusted.

Mobile-first on Indian bandwidth, every page. No framework bloat, no lazy defaults, no padding.
The home page is a literal split door (the Studio on one side, the Workshop on the other) so visitors self-select the path that matches the intent they brought with them. Per-product pages are tuned to those audiences specifically. The CMS is a Google Sheet: tabs for the workshop ledger, past sessions, next session, prices, capacity, meta, and anything content-shaped lives there. A bookmark-and-click revalidate URL pushes edits live in under a minute. AI-generated visuals run throughout to demonstrate use cases instead of describing them. And the /work section you're inside right now is itself an example of the implementation philosophy: code-first, opinionated, designed to scale as the portfolio grows.
Live at puroailabs.com. The site has been the front door for the Studio's first quarter of engagements and the Workshop's monthly sessions, and it's been the kickoff for the flurry of projects that followed. CMS edits ship in under a minute via revalidate; the site stays fast on phones; AI-generated visuals do the work descriptions can't. It's the playbook we now reach for when a client wants a serious operator-grade brand site that they can run themselves.
