Tool No. 01 is the lab's answer to a problem every working creator carries: the business behind the content lives in screenshots, DMs, and memory. It is a back office that runs itself. Deals move through a pipeline to paid, invoices and payment records generate themselves from what the creator already entered, tax gets set aside as money lands, a worth engine grounds every rate conversation in real history, and a public media kit stays current without being maintained. It is the lab's own product, funded and run by the lab, and it was designed with the creator Malavika Chitoor as design partner and first user: her world shapes it, the lab builds and runs it. A founding-creators beta is live, invite only; the waitlist on the lab page is the door.
