No. Start with the business problem, the people it affects and what you have already tried. Understanding what is worth building is part of the work.
Can you work with our existing software?
We start by reviewing what exists and the access available. We can then agree whether an improvement, integration or replacement is the sensible next step.
What happens after the first build?
We keep a shared queue of priorities and continue with maintenance and improvements within the agreed retainer scope. The active-build capacity depends on your plan.
