01Where you are
You spent years earning trust. Your people listen, they buy what you point at, they show up. That's the hard part, and almost nobody can do it.
Meanwhile the obvious next step keeps slipping past: a tool, an app, a product that's actually yours. Sponsorships pay once. Courses go stale. A real software product would compound, but building one means money up front, a team you don't have, and a risk you can't price.
So the audience keeps growing, and the asset never gets built.
02Who this is for
Not follower counts. A precise audience that turns up for a precise thing, and keeps asking you for more of it: the template, the walkthrough, the can-you-just-do-this-for-me.
Never monetised it? That is not a weakness here. The attention was always there and the method never was. The method is our half. You stay the voice and the distribution.
03Where you could be
Imagine a product with your name on it, solving a problem your audience already has, that you can point them to tomorrow.
We design it, build it, run it, and keep improving it. You launch it the way only you can: to people who already listen. The trust does the selling, the software does the work, and the revenue recurs instead of resetting every month.
The audience stops being just an audience. It becomes an asset.
04How it works
A real partnership, not a vendor you hire. We each do the half we're great at, and we only win when you win.
05The rev-share
Most deals get greedier as they grow. Ours does the opposite. We are paid most in the early stretch, when we are building for nothing and running on faith, and our share steps down as the product scales.
The exact bands are written into the deal before anything is built, in numbers you can read, take to a lawyer, and hold us to. Ask for the term sheet in your first message and we will send it before you tell us your idea.
06What makes a fit
A rev-share partnership only works when the product can actually carry it. So we check a few things up front, and we'll tell you straight if it isn't there yet.
07What it costs you
No build fee, no retainer, no surprise invoice. We carry the build cost and the risk, because we're betting on the product with you.
Your real investment is reach and reputation: putting the product in front of the audience you spent years earning. That's the part we can't do, and the part that makes this work.
08Your next move
Start with a written brief. A short form, no slides. We look at your audience and the problem they have, and answer honestly in writing whether there is a software product worth building together. Free, and no pressure.
If there is, we'll sketch what it could be. If there isn't yet, we'll tell you that too, and point you at the better move.
