Malavika Chitoor
A creator's personal site that doesn't read like every other creator site: pastel-editorial palette, hand + display typography, a live Razorpay-powered booking flow, and a working kit of five calculators that show up in organic search before the offer page ever does.
Visit live siteMalavika is a Mumbai-based content strategist with a real track record: a Miss India finalist, national-campaign work for Himalaya, Nykaa, Lakmé, and a growing audience of creators she helps land their content. She wanted an online home that did three things at once: introduce her properly to a brand or platform, take real money for 1:1 consulting without sending people off-platform, and give fellow creators something genuinely useful before any pitch, without the gatekeeping that the rest of the creator-coaching category leans on.
- 01
Differentiate inside a noisy category. Creator personal sites have settled into a template: pastel gradients, smiling portrait, testimonials, calendar embed. We needed Malavika's site to feel like her, not like everyone else competing for the same audience.
- 02
Make the practical tools the front door, not the footer. Engagement-rate, brand-deal pricing, UGC rate-card, creator-tax, and invoice tools are exactly what creators actually search for. We wanted those to be the reason to visit and a reason to come back, not a hidden /resources page.
- 03
Take real bookings on the site itself. Most coach sites bounce visitors to a third-party booking page; we wanted the entire flow (pay ₹1,000, get a calendar slot, receive a meet link) to happen on her domain so she keeps the brand intact and the data on hand.
- 04
Hold two audiences in the same site. Brands evaluating Malavika for collaborations need to see credibility (named brand work, professional tone, clear deliverables). Creators considering her advice need warmth and "oh she gets it". One site, both registers, no schism.
- 05
Stay fast on phones. Pastel washes, parallax stickers, hand-drawn type, all easy to make heavy. Indian mobile bandwidth doesn't forgive lazy defaults.
We built around an editorial-pastel concept: blush, lavender, and butter washes anchored by a warm rose-deep accent and the five-petal mark from her brand. Display + handwriting type pairing carries the personal voice; framer-motion adds restrained parallax on the hero stickers without performance cost. The booking flow is end-to-end on her own domain: Razorpay handles the ₹1,000 charge, our backend creates a Google Calendar Appointment with a Meet link the moment payment confirms, and the visitor never leaves malavikachitoor.com. The calculator suite is the front door for organic search: invoice generator (non-GST creators under ₹20L), UGC rate-card builder, creator-tax estimator (FY 25–26), brand-deal pricing range, and engagement-rate calculator with tier benchmarks. A code-gated vault is wired up for digital products as Malavika's catalog grows. Markdown blog with tag filtering, full SEO + JSON-LD pass, and llms.txt readiness for AI-crawler indexing round it out. Whole thing ships on Vercel for push-to-deploy iteration.
Live at malavikachitoor.com on a custom domain, taking real ₹1,000 consult bookings via Razorpay with calendar invites flowing automatically. The calculator suite is doing the lead-magnet work organic search wants. The vault is plumbed for digital products as the catalog fills out. Malavika now has one URL she can hand to a brand, to a creator, or to a podcast host, and it serves each of them differently in the same scroll, while quietly converting a fraction of them into paying consults.
