Puro AI Labs: Marketing Dashboard
The marketing command center for Puro AI Labs' inbound-only GTM: a single screen that holds the ICP reference, the locked list of content formats, the idea backlog, the calendar, the performance and ad-spend logs, and a bucket-mix health check. A satellite of Puro Ops, not publicly accessible.
Puro AI Labs runs an inbound-only go-to-market: Instagram and YouTube, no outbound. That discipline only holds if there's a place that enforces it: a locked list of content formats, a view of what's actually being shipped, and an honest read on whether the mix is drifting toward entertainment instead of the work. The brief was a marketing command center that keeps the GTM on-strategy without becoming a chore to maintain.
- 01
Content strategy drifts quietly. Without a single view of the bucket mix, weeks go by before anyone notices the output has slid off the formats that actually convert.
- 02
The idea backlog, the calendar, the performance log, and the ad-spend log usually live in four different places, so none of them get checked together.
- 03
It's an internal v1: it needed to ship fast and cost nothing, which meant no backend and no build step, just a file that works.
- 04
It had to sit naturally next to the rest of our internal tooling, not feel like a separate world.
Same satellite-dashboard pattern as the Tomorrow Tribe finance tool: a single static file, React and Tailwind self-hosted, no backend, state in localStorage for v1. It holds the ICP and audience reference, the locked-down content buckets, a taggable idea backlog, a weekly content calendar for Reels and YouTube long-forms, manual performance and ad-spend logs, and a bucket-mix health check that shows the last four weeks' distribution so drift is visible before it's a problem. It's linked from the marketing page of Puro Ops, so it sits inside the same internal-tooling surface as everything else.
Used internally to keep the inbound GTM on-strategy. The bucket-mix health check makes drift visible early; the calendar and backlog mean ideas don't evaporate; the performance and ad-spend logs keep the feedback loop honest. It's a small tool doing a specific job, and a clean example of the lightweight, zero-cost internal command center we can stand up for a client in a day.
