Puro AI Labs is the studio that came out of building, shipping, and running businesses for ten years. Three for clients (a content agency, a property brokerage, a coaching practice). Two for myself (Tomorrow Tribe, and now Puro AI Labs). Multiple ₹1 Crore plus revenue runs by 25.

The thread across all of them: software is the leverage. Most operators don't get to see the version of their business where the software actually fits how they work. Puro AI Labs exists to ship them that version.

The site is a portfolio of real, shipped work. The pitch is the work, not the talking.
Productized scope first, custom second.
Most clients are better served by a ₹1.5L productized build than a ₹6L bespoke one. We start there.
Honest scope, no surprises.
On-site visits, audits, and rush work are priced separately. The retainer doesn't absorb them. You always know what an ask costs before it ships.
Inbound only. No outbound, no LinkedIn DMs.
We don't cold-email. If you found us, it's because the work or a person you trust pointed you here. That stays the model.
Two weeks beats two quarters.
Productized scope, fixed timeline, ship and iterate. A long discovery phase is mostly a way to defer building.

VC-backed startups. Already on standard SaaS stacks, sales cycle won't justify the build.
Enterprise. Too long a sales cycle for a small studio. We'll point you elsewhere.
Other agencies or studios. Audience trap. We build for operators, not for builders.
Anything we can't honestly ship a measurable outcome on in under 90 days.
