01Brief

Off-plan property inventory in Dubai moves through WhatsApp broker groups: a fast, fragmented, unstructured stream of listings, photos, and price lists. For a brokerage trying to keep clients in front of the latest inventory, that stream is gold but unworkable. We're building a backend that captures the WhatsApp feed, parses it with LLM-assisted extraction into a structured database, and generates shareable project pages clients can browse, so the brokerage's edge isn't lost to scrolling.
